Effective date: March 10, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PixLite application ("the App") developed by Tommy Ong. By downloading or using PixLite, you agree to these Terms.
PixLite is licensed to you under the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern.
PixLite is a photo compression tool designed to reduce image file sizes on your device. You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for the photos you choose to compress and any resulting changes to image quality.
PixLite is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Tommy Ong. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
PixLite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.
In no event shall Tommy Ong be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PixLite, including but not limited to loss of data or image quality degradation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
